The circles our waterjet cuts look oval in a way. Almost like if the x-axis is lagging. Has anyone ran into this problem? any suggestions? You can notice more on the smaller holes.

We have a Flow Mach 3 4020b and we seem to lose at least one proximity sensor on the head each month. Not the same one each time. The machine runs two shifts each day, running pretty constant for about 15 hours daily and about 10 hours Saturday. Wondering if anyone else has the same issue.

I cycle low pressure a for a few seconds then bump it up to high pressure and cycle it for a few seconds at a time. Any idea's or better ways of doing it? I'm not always getting the life out of my orifice that i should sometimes is the reason i ask. Am i doing something wrong?
