What would cause the pump to start leaking out of the weep holes. Only has been running for 3 month from the last time it did it.

It depends on the weep hole and whether it is hot or cold. If it is cold water and only coming out one drip every minute or do, it will run fine for hundreds of hours still. Hot water leaks are usually always bad news. Depending on the intensifier, your manufacturer should have a chart that shows all the weep holes, and what the issues are if water is coming from each of them for both hot and cold water. If you have a Flow intensifier, let me know and I can email you one.

Water leakage is a seal failing, either inlet or high pressure.

if it is occouring every three months, i would suspect contamination somewhere.

very important to keep things very clean when replacing seals.

also the inlet water to the intensifier needs to be softened water,the cleaner the better.

Reverse osmosis systems perform well.

I get about 6-7 months of seal life on the H.P. seals
