Curious to know what a good average for water jet operation and programming is to be expected hourly? I operate and program for two Omax waterjets with one year experience. What is a peak for waterjet work as far as hourly goes? those who have been in the business a while

How do we get it to either pirce gently so as not to get a blowout on tne material or to get the machine set up to pierce outside the pierce point and move in to the actual cut?
