we currently use stainless steel but we cut many of the same small parts and i was wondering if anyone has used aluminum for their slats with success? i cant have rust so plain steel is out of the question. any help is awesome.

im not sure if anyone has played much with different sand, mixing tubes, orifices, and flow rates. we cut mostly stainless 14ga to 1/2''. currently running orifice .014 mixing tube .04 sand 80 hpa 1lb/min sand flow 55,000psi disk size .168 to the cutting head

i have a pressure problem with a cougar2 pump , i can build 40000 psi , when i turn cutting head on pressure drops to 30000 and stays, i have serviced check valves, dynamic bushings, installed new diamond orifice . any idea about what to check next? thanks r brintle

What would cause a jet to stop in the middle of a program after cutting 3 or 4 times without stopping? Anyone else have a similar problem? The obvious, resricted flow, water pressure, etc. was checked. Not stopping in the same location on each trim.
