Here at Protechnic LTD, Nailsea, we have an intermac Primus Waterjet cutter. I'm currently after some seals for the UHP (ecotron 38.37). We were given a pack of seals when we first got the machine, however, we are now finding it IMPOSSIBLE to find spares! I've contacted BHD directly with no luck. I then resorted to contacting Intermac directly, and guess what? No joy. All i need is the dimensions of the seals, as they probably cost an arm and a leg to buy directly. Can anyone help me out with this please? :)
Luckily for you, it looks like BHDT is an Austrian company, and not a Chinese one. You probably won't find any seals other than directly at the manufacturer. Normally you would buy pump spares from the supplier of the whole system (Intermac?). If they fail to do so, the pump supplier should help you out. I dont think you will be able to find any HP-seals at another source.
Thanks for the reply. It seems you are correct, It's just useless trying to get parts for them. Often because of the language barrier it's lost in translation. Unfortunately it's very hard to get ahold of intermac as well. I'll just carry on trying to get hold of them I s'pose.
