We have 2 flow mach 3 60K waterjets. WE have 3 intensifiers so we always have a rebuilt spare. The last month or so we have been having a lot of trouble with brand new rebuilds leaking oil out the LH side end bell. Never the PRH side, just the left hand. This happens on 2 of the three intensifiers, and on both machines.
We have tried new seals over and over again, and that doesn't seem to help. WE just ordered new brass bushings that go into the end bell thinking they could be worn.
