Bottle opener

Both programs are basically the same. Add what ever design you want to make them personalized. I found that 1/8 inch thick metal worked the best for me. After you waterjet the part out you must remove a small amount of material from the half circle on the flat edge. Removing the material from this spot is the only way you will be able to effectively get bottles to open on the first flip. I suggest making a few and try varing of material removal to get the best technique. I made 4 and used a grinder to get the perfect fit before i cut a few out and put them on a mill to make them prefessional looking.

Good Luck and i have more to follow in the next few days.
