We have been dealing with Flow for the last 3 years and have absolutly nothing negative to say about this company ,there machines and customer service are second to none, I constantly tell people their customer service is amazing , any issue we have had was addressed immediatly and the the techs always stop in the shop when they are in town ..problem or not ,just to see how you are making out, they have even fixed things while they were there at absolutly NO CHARGE...cant say enough about these guys.
Your success with any machine purchase will inevitably rely on the machine manufacturers backup and support.
The Flow technical people are outstanding for their response, and results, in resolving operational and technical issues. Some minor warranty issues I had with my WMC2 machine were remedied quickly.
Flow use quality components in their machines, so reliability should be good. Also consider the availability of spare parts, will they be available at short notice if there is a component failure? Machine downtime can be expensive in lost production and customer delivery schedules. On the few occasions I have required parts they have always been available, although shipping times (waiting for the parts to arrive) can be frustrating.
