Hello, we purchased a Mach3 4020 and it is a great machine. These machines are high maintenance and require a lot of attention. Ours is doing great and we have upgraded ours to the dynamic head, this up grade would be a lot cheaper if we got it installed when we ordered it originally. The new Mach 4 looks really nice and have some nice features. If you do buy one you will want to get some kind of abrasive removal system unless you want to shovel it out every year. Let me know what else you would like to know if you are swtill looking into getting one, I know this post is old but figured i would chime in sice we have the same machine you are looking at getting.
