Pump Health warning problems

I am having a continuous problem with the machine stopping due to pump health problems; the fault appears to be poppet valve related? There have been five sets replaced in around 100 hours threes sets by flow engineers. Is any one else suffering the same problems? The machine is two years old model Hyplex Pump 55k.
Cheers Steve

Hello Steve

In my experience using Jetplex Pump (Same as hyplex basically), check your water quality. You need to contact the flow engineer and ask for the recommended water quality so you could compare your water quality at pump source.

Hope this helps somehow...

If your going through check valve repair kits, your actual check valve body may be cracked at a microscopic level. Yes, have had cracked valve body
