We have a mach 4 . We load garnet in the morning every thing works fine . If we have to load in the middle of the shift, we have garnet blowing out the top of the feeder.
We have let set for as long as 15 min. before starting back up and it still blows out. any thought would be helpful. Thank You.
Check to make sure you have leaks in your system, check any connection that has a hose clamp on and retighten, make sure the mushroom that seals the hopper is sealing completely.
Also what are you running your pressure at going into the hopper?
