I work with a Flow waterjet Mach 3 XD (5 axis). When I try to cut a 45 degree angle I get a light curtain error. Does anyone know how to shut of the safety PLC for the light curtain? I am cutting water only for a certain part when I get the error. A tech told me to check the "Options Componet Box". I looked with and it was not there. He wouldn't tell me how to shut it off in the config files. I added a picture of the file so you can see what I am trying to cut.

Any help would be great

Bennie

We do not recommend disabling safety functions like the light curtain.  The 45 degree cutting error tied to a light curtain sounds like odd.  We recommend you contact Flow customer service at 1.800.526.4810 for assistance.
