Check concentricity of your c axis and ensure your feed and abrasive are set correctly for the type of material and thickness you are cutting.

Can you tell us a little more about your machine...Is this a Omax, Flow what brand. Have you noticed that this has been a slow progression, and has gotten worse over time.

Oval cutting will be the result of either backlash in the X or X axis drive system or servo mismatch.
Get a dial indicator and check the backlash in the X axis and Y axis.
Mount the dial indicator on the bed of the machine pointing in the X direction and touching the mixing tube. Zero the dial gauge and move away from the gauge 5 mm and check the measured movement against the amount of movement the machine thinks it has moved, repeat back to the 0 position anything more than 0.02 mm deviation would need some attention.
Check then the Y axis.
If your X axis and Y axis are not perfectly 90 degrees to each other you can have the same thing , cut a large square on the machine and measure the diagonals of the cut part , any difference there shows the machine is not square
