Intensifier bar-bell end won't come off!

Hi, Good Evening Everyone

Having a hard time getting the intensifier barbell end off the pipe piece. The thing won't budge. Tried the black handled clamp wrench on the pipe section, and using the spanner wrench on the end unit, but I can't get the two to crack in the unscrew section no matter how hard I try and what I do!!

I tried using two people, using the strap wrench, using the spanner wrench, a cheater, Kroil, holding the black clamp wrench in a vise, etc. Nothing seems to break it loose!

Any help is welcome; I can't be the ONLY person whom cannot separate the two pieces!

Adam

I always give my strap wrench a good smack with the dead blow hammer in the tightening direction before trying to loosen the end of the intensifier. For some reason this seems to break it loose.

Thought we had one stuck, but we were able to use the large black clamp on the cylinder, and the spanner with a 2ft. long cheater bar on the end bell and a few grunts it came loose. You could always make a new spanner wrench that is much meatier and more than two pins, and a longer handle, no reason it should still be stuck using that.
