I am an instructor at a technical college. One of my students shut our control of while it was booting up and corrupted the system files. After contacting flow I was able to re-image the hard drive and get the control to function again. The issue now is that the drive image they sent is for a waterjet pro 1313E and our machine was a 1313 manufactured in 2007. Everything functions properly except that the high pressure pump will not turn on. the issue has to do with the machine they sent the image from uses a momentary switch to engage the high pressure and ours does not. Anyway I have been working with flow for the past two weeks and they have yet to produce the correct plc files that I need. What I was wondering was if any of you have a waterjet pro 1313 if you could send me the files I need to configure my control properly. There are four of them. two of them can be found in the folder C:\Program Files\Power Automation\User Data they are PAIOCfg.ini and DriveCfg.ini . One is in the folder C:\PAData\Machine Parameter and is named FCM1313.MPF or something similar. the last will be in folder C:\PAData\IEC1131 Projects and will be named FCM1313.PRO of something similar. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
