Massive heat generated into the water.  The HP Cylinder seal on the incoming side was out of position.  Would this be a source of heat generated? The appearance of the HP cylinder seemed like a burn mark, however I would like to make sure there are no other sources that heat would generate into the water.  Fighting some other slight leaks so I feel like more then one reason for the heat.

There is a slight groove formed on the inside of the back up sleeve.  Second question is this part totally bad?
