We are operating a KMT Waterjet and I got the error "Left Overstroke Shutdown Pending" and when it's running it disconnects after 5 minutes and show that error, I replaced the gaskets and prophets cleaned everything but I still have that error.
Any one have any idea?
Kind Regards

Hi
You are losing High pressure water out of the left hand Low Pressure Inlet Check Valve would be my first pick.
As the piston starts to pressurize the water it is leaking past the Low Pressure Inlet Check Valve and not getting to the correct pressure.
So the pump cycles again quickly to try and reach the correct pressure.
That is the Over Stroke...you will hear the pump do a quick sort of double stroke.
So you need to check the Low Pressure Inlet Check Valve.
It is best to replace it as I believe that they now make a slightly stronger version.
Let us know how you get on as I have had this problem lots of times and you can fix it.
Thanks
Richard

Hi all
It seems so far that the problem were on the Guide Bushing, as our Low Pressure Inlet Check Valve 7/8" doesn't need those but handook says yes. I remove those and it's working fine.
