Machine losing pressure on every second stroke.... dropping to zero

Hi guys,
I run a shop in sunny RSA, my machine(H20 jet) is losing pressure on every 2nd stroke and dropping to zero and then rebuilding pressure...
I have had the pump checked, I've had a hydraulic specialist pop in and check all the solenoids and hydraulic switches, I've changed all of the hydraulic main seals on the big piston as well as all of the water seals in the cylinders. We have tested all the solenoids electrically and they are all functional.
Any ideas please....
Regards
Glen

Check your air inlet pressure, if its too high it will trigger a reduce pressure response from the machine software, it will continue to reduce. generally machines require 75-90lbs, were running at 90, the higher pressure helps with low pressure piercing, but too high and your high pressure cutting will drop the motor rpm's.
Good Luck

buy a new machine, like APW waterjet, their waterjet machine maybe a little better

It's possible your have a malfunctioning dump valve (If you are using direct drive). My guess would be its a secondary malfunction if that's the case. May look at that line and setup as its running. Do you have test functions on your Jet to test the pump before cut and everything?
