Machine homing issue

Flow water cutter Model WMC 3040

We seem to have a problem with the homing of the head. It has moved on a couple of occasions but now just wont move. Any ideas?

I'm having the very same issue with a 3D Mach 4. The C axis will not home. Is there an inhouse fix for this.
