I've noticed when you choose the "Pierce then Cut" option on our Mach 4c this is what happens. To start you select low pressure then turn the pump on. The machine pierces all the holes it needs to, then ramps up to high pressure to cut. That's all fine and goes like it should. However, it's the next piece where the problem occurs. On the next piece the selection for the pump is still on low pressure and hasn't moved off of that, but when you start the pump for a low pressure pierce it ramps up to 60,000psi for the low pressure pierce. Were cutting glass so that just shatters the next piece because low pressure is supposed to be 15,000psi. This can be remedied if you click the dot off of low pressure to high, then back to low before starting the pump. we should not have to do this. if thdot is on low pressure the machine should start at low pressure, not high. Is Flow aware of this? Is this something that can be changed or edited in the Flowmaster/system/*.ini files? Anyone else run into this?

We have just installed a Mach 2b system with the ultra pierce assembly but I haven't seen this problem before.
Mine currently wont self ramp to 60k after the pierce i have to manually press it over to high pressure before the cut starts.
