What would cause a jet to stop in the middle of a program after cutting 3 or 4 times without stopping? Anyone else have a similar problem? The obvious, resricted flow, water pressure, etc. was checked. Not stopping in the same location on each trim.

HI Andii,
What cutting software you are using?
if we can cut 3 or 4 times without stoping, so the drawing will be ok.
The only thing I am guessing now is the software--stable or not?

I assume the program continues to run but the jet shuts off, that being said it sounds more like you have an air issue. Something leaking or getting pinched causing the actuator to starve. We have had this type of issue on several machines that use mac valves, they tend to get dust/debris build up in the vavle.
