We have a Flow Mach 3 4020b and we seem to lose at least one proximity sensor on the head each month.  Not the same one each time.  

The machine runs two shifts each day, running pretty constant for about 15 hours daily and about 10 hours Saturday.

Wondering if anyone else has the same issue.
