i have a stremline slv-60.changed all the seals and rings on the piston, including check valves.hyd oil is 115 deg in holding tank.temp on heated parts (intensifier) should be 10 to 15 deg warmer than holding tank temp,so i was told.gona get a good reading on the intensifier shortly but if i had to guess,i would say that the temp was around150+.after it runs for about 20 min solid, you canthold your hand on it for more than 2-3 sec (hot).by the way i have good water flow through heat exchanger (cold).what do yall think the prob is????? thanks Shawn.

Not familiar with that pump, but will say, My Jet Edge 55-50 C was heating up. In an obvious common sense decision I went straight after the Heat exchanger. I even went so far as to replace it. (which was actually a 2 fold decision, I wanted one on the shelf for both pumps)., any way turns out that the booster pump had a tiny fracture, and I mean tiny, in it's Impeller. Apparently enough to reduce it's performance to the point of the overheating ,, 50 bux.
