we use a waterjet machine in our company for glass cutting. Yesterday an error appeared on our display saying:"PLC ALARM 19894 Collision sensor" (I´ve attached also the picture so you can see)
Does anybody have a clue what does it mean? The problem is with the Y axis, we guess, because we are not able to zero that axis and the X and Z are working correctly.
Hi, have you tried "back to mechanical origin"? Your machine has two servo motors in Y axis, right? I guess that Y1 and Y2 is not synchronous now. How long the machine working? what is the size of this machine?

We tried...the size of the machine is X - 5000 Y - 2500. We figured out that the problem is with one of the sensor (atleast we think)...we were working with the first nozzle all the time and the other one was parked in its place and was not used. The problem started suddenly without doing anything to the machine...we cleaned some of the sensors and the problem dissappeared and its possible to zero the Y axis now but still sometimes when you want to move the axis its stops...not always but sometimes...do you know how to synchronise Y1 and Y2? We´ve sent an email to the manufacturer and their big technical reply was the the Y axis is "overtravel" but we dont know what should we do about it...I hope somebody knows more
