we use a waterjet machine in our company for glass cutting. Yesterday an error appeared on our display saying:"PLC ALARM 19894 Collision sensor" (I´ve attached also the picture to see)
Does anybody have a clue what does it mean? The problem is with the Y axis, we guess, because we are not able to zero that axis and the X and Z are working correctly.
