Currently have a flow dwj does anyone know where i can get a video for the strightness ajustment. Don't think i'm doing this the correct way as the holes are not to sizewhen using dwj.

You can check after you have done the straightness adjustment by manually jogging the mixing tube up and down on the dial guage.
I use this method to check straightness before cutting any thicker sections, and before doing a straightness adjustment.
My problem is the holes are not coming out round. I have replaced A and B axis servomotors some time ago, so I probably need to run the ball bar test. Not sure where to get the equipment for this, or even the procedure for doing it.

Great if you are in USA. I am not sure about he rest of the world, but from Australia I can't get a log-on for Flowparts :(
