looks like your feed rate is too high slow it down and it should cut alright, on thicker material i usually input a larger material thickness than im actually cutting to get a better edge finish and to make shure it cuts all the way through. some body making headers? :)

quality everywhere else looks pretty high, I'd guess you just had an interrupted flow of garnet. Maybe something got snagged or was obstructing the flow at that point?

on the original installation the mixing chamber was clogged with part of the container bag. one ton bag loaded into large hopper, small area of the bag was cut off and ran through the system.
was cutting fine and then intermittent cutting, pulled the nozzle no blockage, dry sand in the chamber, finally just pulled it apart and found a ball of bag material sitting at the bottom of the chamber
and also using small nozzle, clogged - too large a grit, 87k flow mach4

I,d think its problem in abrasive flow or water pressure.
