We have a 87k waterjet from Flow, and obviously we want to use it at it's maximum pressure. But it seems that if we run at full pressure the long whips that flail around ahead, dont seem to last. We would probably go through 2-3 a year. But the past two or three years we have switched to using 75ksi as the maximum pressure and we haven't had a failure since.
Is that a normal problem, or is that rate of whips popping too fast?
