Having issues with static build up in hopper on long runs causing sand to stop flowing. Have tryed to ground metal parts with no improvement. Any one have any other ideas.

Depending on the age of your machine, you may have a small pneumatic vibrator on the bottom of your hopper. You may want to make sure that is functioning properly. There is also the handle on the top of the hopper that acts somewhat like a filter. Blow it out thoroughly to get the dust out of there. When it gets clogged there is a vacuum created in the hopper and the garnet doesn't drop as well.
Good luck.
