Have a FLOW Hyplex 30 pump. Couple of years back we developed a problem with cylinder overtemp warnings however we know pump health is fine. Have had two rebuilds since then and the problem comes and goes. Have changed out the Pump Health Control board but no fix. Also have checked all connections and wiring. When it acts up we bypass the problem by tweaking the system .ini file. Right now its running without the work around in place. However tomorrow may be a different story. How can this be effectively troubleshot w/o just replacing expensive control boards? Another intermittent warning and possibly related or not is a gearbox overtemp shutdown. However the gearbox hasn't even had time to warm up! Oil level is good and changed out the temp sensor to no avail. Alleviated this problem by putting in a jumper to bypass the pump health control board.
