Ok so I would like to know if a water jet would break a peice of glass thats 0.040" (forty thousands) thickness. I need to cut a 6.5mm hole in the glass?
do you guys think this could be possible with out breaking?
The black square ring i'm trying to cut a hole for it in the yellow glass. I'm doing this to match OEM which is the Black glass.

THis shouldn't be an issue at all. I've done similar on Corning Gorilla Glass. For best results, use the Ultrapierce option available on Flow equipment. Email me directly if you need to find someone who can do a testcut....
