I have a Ingersoll-Rand water jet model HS-1001 Its a bit old but its all i got. It keeps blowing out my water Orifices. This is what i have been doing. Ive taken out the Orifice and let it run the water out see if it get and particles out that might be in the water line. Put a new Orifice in (.010) it starts out fine but within 5 mins its just blows out. Ive just started working with water jets and I'm learning as i go. I have two water jet running on One Intensifier. Only one jet blows out the tips the other works just fine. So if anyone have a solution and advice it would be very appreciated.

If you let it run uninterrupted for 10 minutes without cycling the on/off valve, will it still blow out? If this is the case, it is possible there is some internal junk to the pump that is fouling it up. This could me some metal shavings or even debris from the filters. If it only blows when the on/off are cycled, it could be debris from the on/off itself or a vacuum could be created during off cycles that sucks dirty water upward.
