Hi everybody. We are looking for a new water jet cutting machine for our own business. But we are confused about intensifiers. I think KMT, Flow and AccuStream are the top ones. But which one is best? Can you help me about that?
And if we want to cut a 200 mm aluminium with wj, what pressure we need ? Is 420 MPa enough?

I think if you look at who's design is copied most (Flow), that will answer your question. Flow has the most experience and makes the highest pressure pumps.

Excuse me, But flow does not make the highest pressure pump. And i would look at ease of repairability, and parts availability!

Who makes the highest pressure pumps?
Look again!

Flow has built pumps well over 100,000 psi, though they are not used for waterjet cutting machines. There are other limitations for running this pressure on commercial waterjet equipment. For example, water freezes at room temperature when pressurized at approx. 140,000 psi.
