Hello all! I am running a 5 axis gen 2 head from OMAX. I am cutting 6 and 9 lbs crosslinked foam. Although when the nozzle rotates, on the 5th axis, into the material, I get some blow out on the edge of the part. The same thing happens when axis 4 is rotating.
Note: Blowback from the slats is not an issue in this case.
Thanks for any feedback!

With 5-axis, you mean the tilt-a-jet head? If the blowout actually on the edge or the bottom of the part?

Todd,
This will possibly be due to the change in material thickness or it could be a paramater set wrong in your advanced setup.
If you post a path i will try to run it though our software. we have some experience with the GEN 2 A-Jet.
BTW have you got the latest release of the software?
The built in support and programmability is improving with every update.
