With a new mixing chamber, orifice, and mixing tube installed. I have an amazing water only stream but when the abrasive is introduced the stream is more or less a cone as opposed to a stream. any suggestiong or similar probles that have been solved. Help would be very much appreciated.

My operator came to me with the same question last week. After walking out I saw that he forgot to install the cap that covers the vacuum assist port. Is this possibly the problem? If not look to see if the abrasive is flowing smoothly indicating proper vacuum. if it is not there is a leak in the system somewhere....if it is maybe you just have a bad tube or orifice (even new ones on ocasion can be bad.) Good luck.

That was the first thing i thought so i replaced the black "nipple" and checked all of the abarsive line for holes or leaks and found nothing. With that not solving the problem i replace the orifice and mixing tube once again. However my [roblem still lives

I have the exact same problem. Have you come to any conclusion.

Maybe try shortening the tube going from your mini hopper to your focusing head, I found that mine had slack in it, causing the garnet to build up at the bottom before being vacuumed into the mix. I cut it short enough to bridge the gap with the head at normal cutting height. This gave me a smaller, for defined stream. I hope this helps.
