Gaaahh!!  There has GOT to be a better way.
Water pouring out of weep holes in ind cap on 60k intensifier.  Guess it's time to change the seals in the high pressure cylinder.  It's only been running five days a week, 24/7, for the last couple of months or so.  No problem with the reliability of the components. 
However, the last guy to put the end cap on must have really given the wrench a good hit with a hammer or something, because the damned thing will not come off.  That little stupid two-pronged wrench to fit inside the holes on the face is nice if you're, say, removing a grinding wheel from a hand grinder, but it's just not enough when you're screwing off a ten pound cap from an industrial high pressure pump.  Two wrenches broken.  Only one remains.  End cap still won't budge.  Tried tapping, hitting, yelling, cursing, and praying.  Considering blasting. 
Lucky for me, my shift is over.  Let the next shift tackle it. 
Any ideas for getting stuck parts unstuck, without blasting?

Heating the end cap while the HP cyclner in in a vise or chucked into a lathe can be enough that you can usually get it to break free unless some one forgot the blue stuff and they are galled. If they are galled then there is not much you can do. if you heat it be real careful though...that sucker will be really hot!!!!
