FM6.6 is the latest version and is what you should be using. As with any software there may be bugs that are encountered when trying to do a specific action on a specific PC. Most issues are caused by an incompatability problem with outer programs, windows, or corrupted or missing files. Flow has done a great job in making this software work on older machines that it was never intended for but that does not mean it will always work flawlessly. If you find an issue you should call the Technical Support line and ask for help.
To make a part larger you simply need to use the scaling tool and the ruler tool until you get the dimensions you need.
Hope this helps.

FM6.6 is available free (since you use FM6.0) via download accessed thru FlowParts.com, main page.
If you do not have access, call customer service at 1-800-526-4810 and set up an account, (it’s also a great vehicle for access to the Knowledgebase filled with maintenance videos, software applications, troubleshooting guides, bulletins, hints, etc).
Any issues with download or application, call the hot line at 253-813-3318.

I think that would be a problem accessing flowparts.com, since I am based in Asia... I contact Flow through Taiwan office. I'll ask Flow Taiwan if they provide the upgrade.
